Sessions are taken in small groups so that every person can feel completely at ease, from total beginners to advanced students.

Marjan Abadie
Founder of the Mindfulness Institute, trained at UCL in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. For more than 7 years, she has been leading training programs in Mindfulness. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the ADM (Association for the Development of Mindfulness).
