Joëlle is a certified hatha yoga and mindfulness trainer and psychologist. She accomplished her yoga teacher training in a Sivananda ashram in 2014 and her mindfulness training at the UCLouvain in 2019. Today, she dedicates her life to the transmission of her passion for yoga, meditation and music to children and adults.

TaichiTuesday

Tai Chi and Chi Gong are movement arts. The body movement has just integrated the physical, mental and emotional dimensions. Vital energy (Chi in China, Prâna in India) ensures dynamism and cohesion.

With a scientific background, he tackles the energy world through the techniques of Vlady Stévanovitch. For more than 20 years he has been practicing, researching and experimenting with Tai Chi and Qi Gong in various professional circles. Through his training as a Living Body Body Teacher, he already has teaching experience.

QigongWednesday

Gi Gong is a soft gymnastics from traditional Chinese medicine. It is practiced standing, with very gentle yet deep simple movements.

Clotilde Qigong

Practiced regularly, Qi Gong improves the clarity of mind, concentration, mood, self-confidence and immune defenses.  We gain in stability, both physical and emotional, and we regain a healthy control of our states of mind

The neophyte will learn the basic moves and discover the philosophy behind the practice.

The seasoned practitioners will deepen their knowledge and enhance their practice with a smoother flow of energy.

Clotilde Gialluly

She has worked as a teacher in physical education and sports in France in high school and high school for 13 years, as well as in cultural and wellness centers, with Qi Gong, and / or anti-stress programs based on the meditation called "mindfulness" or "Mindfulness". She has a professional training in Qi Gong (traditional Chinese gymnastics health) and is a graduate of 'Les Temps du Corps' school and cultural center in Paris and the Beidahe Institute of Medicine in China.
