Mindfulness Meditation

Integrate the practice of Mindfulness meditation into your daily life. Learn to be fully present to yourself by being conscience of your body postures, your breathing and mindset.

Unplug yourself out of stress:

  • Enjoy guided meditation break during our After-Work meditations
  • Meditate by your own during our Unplug tea Time (no guidance)

Sessions are taken in small groups so that every person can feel completely at ease, from total beginners to advanced students.

The classes will be given within small groups so that everyone can feel completely at ease, from total beginners to advanced students.

Hatha YogaWednesday

Our yoga class, combine meditation, breathing exercices and combine strengts and relaxation postures.

Joelle Verriest

Joëlle is a certified hatha yoga and mindfulness trainer and psychologist. She accomplished her yoga teacher training in a Sivananda ashram in 2014 and her mindfulness training at the UCLouvain in 2019. Today, she dedicates her life to the transmission of her passion for yoga, meditation and music to children and adults.

TaichiTuesday

Tai Chi and Chi Gong are movement arts. The body movement has just integrated the physical, mental and emotional dimensions. Vital energy (Chi in China, Prâna in India) ensures dynamism and cohesion.

With a scientific background, he tackles the energy world through the techniques of Vlady Stévanovitch. For more than 20 years he has been practicing, researching and experimenting with Tai Chi and Qi Gong in various professional circles. Through his training as a Living Body Body Teacher, he already has teaching experience.
